As AI continues to power more of the hiring process, many platforms risk blending into one another—offering similar automation, similar recommendations, and similar user journeys. After spending some time with an AI-based hiring platform, I see real potential for it to stand out—but only if it evolves beyond surface-level automation and builds smarter, more context-aware systems that actually respond to user behavior.
